Lining remaining is: Front ( 25 %) Rear ( 35 %), front rotors heavily dished causing poor pad to rotor surface contact and noise. Some slight noise from rear brakes, intermittent squeak.
- Drain, flush and renew brake fluid to proper operating level.
- Change oil and filter, lube chassis where available, perform multi-point inspection
- Replace front brake pad set, replace front brake rotors, lube and reset calipers.

2016 Mercedes-Benz GLC300

Lining remaining is: Front ( 40 %) Rear ( 25 %). Front brake rotors ok, rear rotors are damaged most likely from previous metal to metal contact with original pads. Current pads are catching the rotor grooves and causing noise and poor surface contact will cause excess caliper travel and increased stopping distance.

Scan data shows bank 2 upstream oxygen sensor not switching and not allowing closed loop fuel control. Also found bank 2 downstream oxygen sensor not properly wired (universal sensor). Poor connection at bank 2 upstream sensor, repair connection, now closed loop fuel control achieved. Unable to duplicate bogging symptom, but open loop fuel control will cause malfunction. Bank 1 catalytic converter efficiency is low (switch rate tests). Recommend customer drive and advise now that computer is going into closed loop fuel control.
